What people are saying

I had the great privilege of working with Rodney as his private voice teacher. He was blessed with a beautiful voice, but his habits – when he first came to me – were a bit operatic and his sound was a little covered. He was game for any of the suggestions I made and within the first semester he had all but completely veered away from those inclinations. Once he was forward and ringing clear, his range extended and his voice blossomed into the glorious, heroic instrument that has landed him where he is today.

But there is so much more to him than just his chops and his devastating good looks! He is easily one of the finest young men with whom I’ve ever been associated both professionally and one-on-one. Rodney is a gentleman, first and foremost, and the sincerity that shines from his eyes is the real deal. More than once he was a guest at my Thanksgiving table and my friends were all quite taken by him.

If there is such a thing as fate or karma, it is no surprise that Mr. Ingram has found success so early in his career because like attracts like in the Universe. He’s what old New Yorkers would call a “mensch”.

I couldn’t be any more proud of him but honestly, I’m not surprised. He was one of those kids that comes along every now and then and you know… very simply… they’ve got it. Whatever “it” is, Rodney has it to spare!
